Terms & Conditions
ID Requirement: All ticket holders are required to bring a valid physical photo ID to gain entry to the event venue. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Government-Issued Identification Card
- Other forms of photo ID deemed acceptable by the event organizers or venue staff.
No ID, No Entry: Entry to the event will not be granted without a valid physical photo ID. Digital or photocopied IDs will not be accepted. Tickets are non refundable after purchase.
Name on Ticket Matches ID: The name on your ticket must match the name on your ID. If the ticket was purchased under a different name, please contact the event organizer prior to the event for assistance.
Age Restrictions: If the event has age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+), your ID must verify your eligibility. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to failure to meet age requirements.
Security Checks: IDs may be checked at the entrance alongside security screening. Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry if there are any doubts about the validity of the ID presented.
Responsibility of Ticket Holder: It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure they have their ID with them. The event organizers are not liable for any inconvenience caused by failure to present valid identification.
Special Circumstances: If you have a unique circumstance (e.g., lost ID), please contact the event organizer at least 48 hours prior to the event. Approval for entry under such circumstances is at the discretion of the event organizer and the venue.
Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the event organizer. Entry may be refused if the name on the ticket does not correspond to the attendee’s ID.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in denial of entry, with no entitlement to a refund
